Renee Vidal Selected by the CCSNJ to Join Panel for Small Business Workshop
Flaster/Greenberg shareholder Renee Vidal has been selected by the Chamber of Commerce Southern New Jersey (CCSNJ) to join the region’s leading business experts at the Small Business Workshop – Planning for Your Company’s Success. The workshop will give attendees advice on the businesses decisions they make every day, including ways to manage, enhance and grow their business.
The program will be moderated by James Beam, Investment Advisor, PNC Wealth Management. The panel will consist of Renee Vidal, Shareholder, Flaster/Greenberg P.C.; Jonathan Lander, Senior Vice President, Senior Wealth Planner, PNC Bank; Teresa Coaxum, Regional Advocate for NY, NJ, PR & USVI, Office of Advocacy, U.S. Small Business Administration; Erin Carty Lieber, Director, Strategic Initiatives, AmeriHealth New Jersey; and Beverly Volpe, Management Supervisor, Simon Public Relations Group, Inc.
An active member of CCSNJ, Renee C. Vidal focuses her practice on estate and tax planning, estate administration, business and corporate services and elder law. She represents clients in corporate business and transactional matters, which include the acquisition and sale of businesses, preparation of shareholder and operating agreements, and negotiation and preparation of employment agreements.
