Flaster/Greenberg Shareholder Renee Vidal Honored As One of New Jersey’s Best 50 Women in Business
Attorney Renee Vidal of Flaster/Greenberg PC, has been named one of the 50 Best Women in Business for 2009 by NJ Biz Magazine. Cited for her "commitment to business growth, professional excellence and to the community," Vidal will be among those honored at a dinner and reception on March 30, 2009, at The Palace at Somerset Park, in Somerset, N.J.
Renee Vidal, who is well-known in the region as a community advocate, has been recognized for her contributions of time and leadership by many local and regional organizations. She was recently sworn in as the 2009 chairperson of the Burlington County Chamber of Commerce. A longtime member of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), she was named "Community Advocate of the Year" in 2006 by the South Jersey Chapter. She serves on the Community Impact Panel of the United Way of Burlington County and was a founding member of the Burlington County Advisory Council on Women.
She is a shareholder in Flaster/Greenberg's Cherry Hill office, and focuses her law practice on estate and tax planning, estate administration, business and corporate services, and elder law. She represents clients in matters of business succession, the sale and acquisition of businesses, complex estate and tax planning and numerous other matters.
Admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, Vidal earned an LLM in Taxation from the James E. Beasley School of Law at Temple University in 2003, and received the Faculty Award in Taxation upon graduation. She earned her J.D. in 1995 from Rutgers University School of Law, and received a B.S. in Finance from Penn State University in 1989.
