Ken Gilberg to Speak at Main Line Local Area Networking Group Meeting
Flaster/Greenberg shareholder Ken Gilberg has been tapped by the Philadelphia Human Resources Society to speak at the next Main Line Local Area Networking group meeting. The topic of his discussion is titled “Employers: The Perils of Misclassifying Employees as Independent Contractors” and will be presented on January 19, 2012 at 8 Tower Bridge, 161 Washington St., Conshohocken, PA from 7:30 – 9:00 a.m.
Mr. Gilberg serves as co-chair of the firm's Automotive Industry Group, and is a member of the firm's Labor and Employment Practice Group. He represents primarily employers in a broad range of employment, labor, and human resources issues. He is an experienced practitioner representing management before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, National Labor Relations Board, Department of Labor and other administrative agencies.
