Free Legal Seminar for Start-up and Growing Businesses
On May 15th, Flaster/Greenberg PC will host a seminar on raising money for new and existing business owners. The seminar is designed to help business owners evaluate financing opportunities and will discuss the concept of “private offerings,” a technique often utilized by start-up ventures and small companies to obtain funding.
The speakers will explore the various types of private offerings, opportunities, and the process of raising capital from investors, including what returns investors are demanding. Speakers include Peter Spirgel, Managing Shareholder of Flaster/Greenberg, Mark Roderick, Shareholder and Chair of Flaster/Greenberg’s Mergers and Acquisitions Practice Group, and Dean Spear, President of The Benchmark Group, Inc., an independent advisory firm and registered investment banking firm.
The free program will be held in Flaster/Greenberg’s Cherry Hill office, located at 1810 Chapel Avenue West. Registration will begin at 8:00 a.m. and the program will run from 8:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
