Flaster/Greenberg’s Michael Simon Among 12 in New Jersey Named to Who’s Who in Construction Law
Michael S. Simon, a shareholder in the Construction Law Practice Group at Flaster/Greenberg PC, has been named in the 2012 Who’s Who Legal, the International Who’s Who of Business Lawyers, in the category of construction law. This is the seventh consecutive year Simon has been recognized and is one of only 12 attorneys in New Jersey to have been listed.
Simon, a nationally recognized construction attorney, focuses his legal practice on construction law and claims, and all phases of alternative dispute resolution procedures. A Fellow in both the American College of Construction Lawyers and the American Institute of Constructors, he represents businesses and individuals involved in the construction industry, including specialty manufacturers and suppliers, subcontractors, prime and general contractors, sureties, design professionals, and private and public owners.
He serves on the American Arbitration Association’s select construction complex case panel and is a Charter Member and Master of the Justice Marie L. Garibaldi Inn of Court for Alternative Dispute Resolution.
