Flaster/Greenberg’s Calderone To Present at Advanced Patent Valuation Webinar
Lynda L. Calderone, shareholder with Flaster/Greenberg PC, and chair of the firm’s Intellectual Property Group, will present at a webinar this Friday, October 14th on advanced patent valuation. The webinar is sponsored by the Business Development Academy, a professional education provider headquartered in Princeton, New Jersey, and an affiliate of IncreMental Advantage, LLC.
Calderone, co-presenting with two other panelists, will assess patent aspects that impact patent valuation analysis, including the potential impact of the America Invents Act, the presence of related priority chain patents, trade secrets, difficulty in detecting infringement, claim drafting to capture infringement and provisional filing. The coming program is a follow-up to an earlier valuation webinar held last Spring, led by Calderone.
