Thomas J. Durling, a shareholder with Flaster Greenberg PC, and a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property Group, has been tapped as a lecturer for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s 5th Annual Intellectual Property Institute, to be held at multiple sites on March 31 and April 1, 2011.
Mr. Durling joins a cadre of experts in the practice, whose course offerings will focus on new developments in Intellectual Property law. Mr. Durling will speak on “New Media Searches for Prior Art.”
A registered patent attorney, Mr. Durling focuses his practice in the mechanical engineering field, with a principle technical focus in large industrial equipment, flow measuring equipment, mobility vehicles, industrial and consumer packaging, molded plastic components, medical devices, printing equipment and wastewater treatment.
