Flaster/Greenberg Shareholder Renee Vidal Appointed to Board of Burlington County Chamber of Commerce

Attorney Renee Vidal of Flaster Greenberg PC was appointed to the Board of Directors of the Burlington County Chamber of Commerce, for a three year term effective January 1, 2011 through December 31, 2013.  Vidal formerly served as chair of the Burlington County Chamber of Commerce in 2009, and has been serving on the board since 2005.

Ms. Vidal, a shareholder in Flaster/Greenberg’s Cherry Hill office, focuses her practice on estate and tax planning, estate administration, business and corporate services and elder law.  She represents clients in estate and tax planning matters, including the preparation of wills, trusts and administration of estates as well as corporate business and transactional matters, which include the acquisition and sale of businesses, preparation of shareholder and operating agreements, and negotiation and preparation of employment agreements. 

Admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, Vidal earned an LLM in Taxation from the James E. Beasley School of Law at Temple University in 2003, and received the Faculty Award in Taxation upon graduation. She earned her J.D. in 1995 from Rutgers University School of Law, and received a B.S. in Finance from Penn State University in 1989. 

Recognized for her long list of accomplishments and contributions of service, Vidal was named Community Advocate of the Year by the NAWBO-South Jersey Chapter in 2006; was named one of the 50 Best Women in Business for 2009 by NJ Biz Magazine; was named a New Jersey “Rising-Star” in 2006 and 2007 by Key Professional Media; and was named to the “Top Attorney” list in SJ Magazine, from 2008 to 2010.
