Flaster/Greenberg Shareholder Lynda L. Calderone Leads Webinar on Patent Valuation
Lynda L. Calderone, a shareholder with Flaster/Greenberg PC, and the chair of the firm’s Intellectual Property Group, was the featured instructor for a webinar on March 4th on patent valuation presented by the Business Development Academy, a professional education provider headquartered in Princeton, NJ.
Ms. Calderone discussed the importance of careful review of patent claims and understanding the meaning and scope of claim language in valuing patented intellectual property among other topics.
Ms. Calderone practices intellectual property law, concentrating on patent prosecution, litigation and IP due diligence; IP related agreements including licenses; and patentability, validity, infringement and unenforceability analyses. She counsels inventors and businesses in portfolio management and development of patent strategies, including conducting IP audits.
