F/G Attorneys Selected to Speak & Moderate at 2008 Atlantic Builders Convention

Two Flaster Greenberg attorneys have been invited to participate in this year's Atlantic Builders Convention (ABC) in Atlantic City, NJ.  An event of the New Jersey Builders Association (NJBA), the convention will be held in the Convention Center, April 16 - 18, 2008.

Richard J. Hoff, a shareholder in the Commercial Real Estate and Litigation Practice Groups, will participate on the panel of the "COAH: Is the Third Time a Charm" seminar on April 17 at 3:00 p.m.  Hoff concentrates the primary focus of his practice in land use and affordable housing litigation.  He represents major commercial and residential developers, trade organizations, and landowners throughout the State of New Jersey in connection with real estate transactions, applications for zoning, land use approvals, real estate litigation, and affordable housing.  Hoff is a resident of Berlin, New Jersey.

Robert M. Washburn, of counsel to Flaster Greenberg, General Counsel to the New Jersey Builders Association and a Professor of Law at the Rutgers-Camden School of Law, will moderate two seminars on April 16: "Legal Trends - Part I, Land Use Law" at 1 p.m. and "Legal Trends - Part II, Environmental Law" at 3 p.m.  Washburn's practice includes general real estate and development matters, including utility law, land use, real estate contracts and financing, syndications, homeowners association and condominium law, land use litigation, legislation and ordinance drafting and review, Planned Real Estate Development Full Disclosure Act registrations, and appearances before municipal bodies and administrative agencies.  The Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania resident is a life member of the New Jersey Builders Association Board of Directors.
