Calderone Presents at Joint Patent Practice Seminar

Lynda L. Calderone, founding shareholder of the Intellectual Property Practice Group and head of the Patent Group within the IP Practice, will present at the 24th annual Joint Patent Practice Continuing Legal Education (JPPCLE) seminar on Wednesday, April 30, 2008 in New York City at the Hilton New York Hotel. Calderone will speak about BMC Resources, Inc. v. Paymentech, which addresses issues surrounding joint liability theory in patent infringement cases.

Calderone has extensive experience in the preparation and prosecution of U.S. patent applications as well as intellectual property litigation. She concentrates her practice in the chemical, chemical engineering, mechanical and business method areas. Calderone has experience in patent due diligence, various IP related agreements, including licenses, and patentability, validity, infringement, and unenforceability analyses.
