Bullock to be Panelist at the 27th Annual Joint Patent Practice Seminar
Kristyne A. Bullock, Counsel with Flaster/Greenberg PC, and a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property Group, has been tapped as a panelist at the 27th Annual Joint Patent Practice Seminar, to be held on Wednesday, April 27, 2011 at the Hilton New York.
Ms. Bullock joins a panel of experts in the practice, whose course offerings will focus on new developments in Intellectual Property law. Ms. Bullock will speak on “Association for Molecular Pathology v. USPTO, Fed. Cir. Dkt. 10-1406 (Myriad Case): Are isolated gene sequences patentable subject matter?”
Ms. Bullock concentrates her practice in patent procurement and transactional matters, patent litigation, and IP portfolio strategy and management.
