Lynda L. Calderone, Flaster/Greenberg shareholder and chair of the Intellectual Property Practice Group, will present at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute's Supreme Court Intellectual Property Update on Thursday, October 18, 2007 at the Wanamaker Building in Philadelphia. She will discuss this year's Supreme Court patent cases and how the Court's decisions impact business decisions regarding patent value, enforceability, licensing and validity.
