LaVine, Flaster Greenberg shareholder and head of the Trademark and Copyright section of the Intellectual Property Group, is planning co-chair of the American Law Institute and American Bar Association two-day conference titled, "Fundamentals of Trademarks, Copyrights, and Unfair Competition", being held on Thursday, October 11 and Friday, October 12, 2007 in Chicago.
