Flaster Greenberg announced today that Bernard C. Devieux has joined the firm as an associate in the Crowdfunding and Business and Corporate Law Departments.
Mr. Devieux, who works in Flaster Greenberg’s Cherry Hill office, represents companies and entrepreneurs in a variety of transactions including fundraising, mergers and acquisitions, securities, and general corporate matters. His prior experience also includes matters involving corporate governance, stockholder litigation, commercial finance and restructuring transactions, and bankruptcy.
Before joining Flaster Greenberg, Mr. Devieux was an associate attorney in the Wilmington, Del., offices of an international corporate law firm and a national corporate governance boutique.
Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and Delaware, Mr. Devieux graduated from Villanova University’s JD/MBA dual-degree program in 2011, and earned a B.S. in Finance from the University of Delaware in 2008.
