Planning for Your Company’s Future
Renee C. Vidal, a shareholder in the Business & Corporate, Tax, and Trusts and Estates Departments at Flaster/Greenberg, will present “Planning for Your Company’s Future” on May 25th, to members of Executive Women International. The event will take place at the firm’s offices, Four Penn Center, 1600 JFK Boulevard, 2nd Floor, Philadelphia, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Topics to be covered include: Key considerations in developing a business succession plan; legal developments concerning estate planning laws that every business owner should understand; and why business owners need a succession plan as well as an estate plan.
Ms. Vidal focuses her practice on estate and tax planning, estate administration, business and corporate services and elder law. She represents clients in corporate business and transactional matters, which include the acquisition and sale of businesses, preparation of shareholder and operating agreements, and negotiation and preparation of employment agreements.
