Karen L. Roberts is responsible for managing all human resources functions such as employee relations and retention, benefits and compensation, employment, planning and policy implementation, new employee orientation, and managing lateral attorney and law student recruitment activities, among other tasks.

Most recently employed at Amerigas Propane in Valley Forge, Pennsylvania, she served as their employment manager.  Prior to this position, she served as the recruiter at Dechert LLP in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  Her career also includes consulting roles in the areas of recruiting, training, and staffing.

Karen Roberts received a B.S. in Finance from Pennsylvania State University in State College, Pennsylvania.  She holds a certificate in Human Resource Management from Villanova University in Villanova, Pennsylvania and a certificate in Recruitment and Retention from the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).
