Susan Alford oversees the firm's library and information resources. Prior to joining Flaster/Greenberg in 2006, she managed large law firm libraries in Philadelphia. Ms. Alford also has experience in law school and museum libraries.

Ms. Alford graduated from Skidmore College with a B.S. in Business and from Drexel University's School of Library and Information Science where she earned an M.S..  She was the co-founder and first president of the Greater Philadelphia Law Library Association. She is also a member of the American Association of Law Libraries.
