Alexis Arena focuses her practice on matters involving litigation, counseling and prosecution in the field of trademark law. She advises clients on protecting and enforcing intellectual property rights online, including the resolution of domain name disputes and matters concerning e-commerce, online speech and conduct, and related intellectual property issues.

Ms. Arena is a member of Flaster/Greenberg's Intellectual Property Law and Litigation Practice Groups. She has experience representing companies and individuals in commercial litigation matters involving a range of industries, and practices regularly in state and federal courts in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Before joining Flaster/Greenberg in 2008, Ms. Arena practiced as an associate in the litigation group at McCarter & English, LLP.

Community Activities

During law school, Ms. Arena was a summer intern in Kathmandu, Nepal, where she worked with members of the United Nations and World Health Organization to implement changes in Nepal's legal system.
