Profile

Rachel E. Licausi is a member of the Litigation Department. She maintains a broadly-based practice focused on dispute resolution and represents corporate entities as well as individuals.

In her commercial litigation practice, Ms. Licausi has represented government entities, individuals and companies in civil litigation matters involving a range of industries. She practices regularly in state and federal courts in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Ms. Licausi was recently lead counsel in a federal trial involving the protection of a prisoner's constitutional rights. Additionally, Ms. Licausi has guided clients through the mediation and arbitration processes in lieu of litigation. Ms. Licausi also represents individuals in litigation related to divorce, adoptions and estate disputes. 

Ms. Licausi graduated from Boston University School of Law in 2007. While at BU Law, she was a staff member of the Public Interest Law Journal. Prior to joining Flaster/Greenberg, Ms. Licausi served as a summer associate in the Legal Affairs department of MetLife, Inc. in Rhode Island.
