Profile

Paul J. Russoniello is a member of the firm's Labor and Employment Practice Group. He has substantial experience in all aspects of employment related law and issues, representing a diverse clientele of small to medium size businesses. He has counseled company executives and individuals in employment law matters. He has appeared on their behalf in the federal and state courts of New Jersey, as well as before administrative agencies and in arbitration proceedings.  Mr. Russoniello has represented clients before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the New Jersey Division of Civil Rights, the New Jersey Office of Administrative Law, the National Labor Relations Board and federal and state wage and hour compliance agencies.

Co-editor of Flaster/Greenberg's Employment & Benefits Law Report, Mr. Russoniello writes and lectures on labor and employment law topics. His topics have included recent trends in employment discrimination law and the Family Leave Act.

Mr. Russoniello has represented both management and employees in numerous matters.
